> ATTENTION: Free application is not granted anymore to the artists based in the North (Europe, Asia and Northern America). A 20€ fee will be requested. African or South American artists still benefit from free application.
For those who applied before 01 July 2012 and who do not live in Africa, you are free to contribute to the association fund.

>> WHY? > During the last 3 years everything was self-financed by voluntary members and thanks to program activities in order to develop the network, and thanks to the tours of some discovered artists. This helped us to confirm the relevance of the project, to identify the main strengths and weaknesses and sources of development in the future. Before external fundings and/or other self-finance means arise, it is necessary to redefine the principle of Free Access to the project. Unfortunately, our actions of music programming at the Olympic Café stopped because of the closure of the place; today, voluntary work is not enough to have the project survive. As soon as the association finds some financial comfort, it may be possible to come back to free access for all.
