An AFRO PEPITE is the pepite which makes Africa shine. The AFRO PEPITE culturally represents the talents from Africa, nowadays and in the future. It is also represented by professionals or amateurs based everywhere in the world.

- Management, Booking: While all the winners and discoveries of the AFRO PEPITES SHOW find their manager, producer,… the association the African Dream offers the support of is structure and network to artists who have not found a manager and who have been identified as talented artists by the Jury of the AFRO PEPITES SHOW.
Open to professionals and amateurs of African art and culture.
According to the addressed themes during the AFRO PEPITES SHOW, 2 selections of finalists will be announced (Professional Pépites or Amateurs and Pépites Talents from Africa or Talents from elsewhere)

The 3 artists discovered will be selected by the Internet users of the World, thanks to compliments sent through email or to commentaries posted on Myspace or Facebook, and after the Jury of the AFRO PEPITES SHOW has listened to the songs and deliberated.
Every year at the same period of time:
- 1st step: Subscription to the African Cultural market open throughout the year: defines the African artists, mixed or inspired artists, who wish to be known and be discovered by a large public or who wish to test their new creations.
- 2nd step : every trimester, focus on the discoveries selected by the African Dream: Artists who have seduced the team from the first song,
- 3rd step: every year in November, the African Dream Selection: Selection of the 3 artists (2 musicians + 1 dancer, sculptors, painters, storytellers, comic comedian, or other arts… ), all arts.
